Pantomime in Seaside Theatres

Traditionally performed over the Christmas and New Year period, Pantos are a must for family audiences. Loosely set around the themes of fairy tales you'll find a great deal of slapstick comedy, audience participation, in-jokes and all around general buffoonery.

Of course watch out for the cross dressing too, with the lead character boy played by one of your favourite female celebrities and some particularly unattractive older females played by the men.
