This 13th century castle was originally built to protect
the island of Jersey against French invasion. Towering over the harbour
at Gorey, it is one of the best preserved castles in Britain and a major
visitor attraction in Jersey.
Features: Occasional medieval re-enactments,
spectacular views.

Location: Take the No.1 Bus to Gorey Pier or park at Gorey Harbour.
