Clacton Pier was one of the first buildings to be built in, what was in the late 19th centruy, the new town of Clacton-on-Sea. It now boasts many fairground rides, with a fully renovated undercover fairground, a seaquarium, a public house, restaurants, cafes, shops, side-stalls, amusement arcades and many more attractions.
