North Foreland Lighthouse, Broadstairs
The last manned lighthouse in the UK was finally converted
to automatic in 1998. Now during the summer visitors can experience
a little of the life of a lighthouse man and go up the tower to the
light and spot some great views across the North Kent coastline. Not
suitable for young children (min height 1m).

Location: North Foreland is located 1.2 miles north of Broadstairs
on the B2052 coastal road, close to Joss Bay.
