Logo... normally this will be PNG or GIF file although JPG files are also acceptable. We can scale your images although the ideal size, if prepared by your graphics team, is max 140 pixels wide or max 60 pixels high depending on format.
Photo... normally this will be a JPG file although PNG or GIF files are also acceptable. We can scale your images although the ideal size, if prepared by your graphics team, is 210 pixels wide x 140 pixels high.
Names... please ensure your files are named with something we can easily identify (too many submissions as "my_photo.jpg" make it difficult for our team to pick out your submission from others.
Hotel Photos...
We will be pleased to assist you with generating a photo from an existing web site, printed leaflet or scanned from a physical photo if necessary. However, if you would prefer it to be prepared by your graphics team, the required size and format is 210 pixels wide x 140 pixels high JPG. More details will be provided during the sign-up process.

Banner Adverts...
Standard graphic links should be 120 x 120 pixels maximum. The filename should be no more than 16 characters with no spaces or special characters. E.g.
mybannername.gifBy special arrangement, and depending on page availability, we may also accept other banner sizes. Please contact us for further information and prices.
