Orignally opened to the public as a delightful miniature railway park, Dobwalls has steadily grown to become one of the west countries most popular attractions. Here you can relive the great age of steam as miniature American steam and diesel locomotives tackle severe grades, pound through tunnels, glide along ridges high above canyons, across the plains and through the forest. Two dramatically different routes each a mile long. In between the routes the park is alive with undercover play areas, giant slides, outdoor adventure playground, go-karts and picnic areas dotted throughout the park around the railway routes.
