Lakeland Motor Museum
The Lakeland Motor Museum, within the grounds of Holker Hall, houses an extensive and fascinating collection extending to some 20,000 exhibits, including cars, motorcycles, tractors, bicycles, pedal cars and engines. The Campbell Legend Bluebird Exhibition pays tribute to world land and water speed record breakers, Sir Malcolm and son Donald Campbell. Highlights include full size detailed replicas of the 1935 Bluebird car and the famous Jet Hydroplane, Bluebird K7.

By bus transfer from a Windermere Lake Cruise stopover at Lakeside. Or by car, follow the brown tourist signs for the museum which is located on the A590 between Newby Bridge and Haverthwaite.
